Two professionals in their early 40s, husband and wife, with a small cute dog…renting a bedroom out of their home. The home is located on a pleasant, quiet location on the west side of Brockton, MA with direct access to highway and about a 1 mile proximity to variety of shopping centers, laundromat, schools, gas stations, restaurants, banks, etc.

Looking for a responsible, well-organized, respectful, and easy-going roommate with employment stability and previous renting experience references. Gender is not an issue.

The room is decorated and fully furnished...already set up with a queen size bed (memory foam), coffee table/desk, smart tv, small refrigerator, full size futon, air conditioning, wifi, sizable storage space / closet and more. Of course, we can remove and put in items in the room if necessary. Common areas shared (kitchen, bathrooms and living rooms).

No outside pets and Non-smoking environment.

Occupancy: Single (one person only).
