We are excited to roommate with you. We are a married couple in the house for now and are expecting our baby. Need a short stay, respectful, professional, clean, and who pays on time.
We are musicians and have a music studio in the house that we use often. We will be respectful & prevent playing music too loud late nights. We are looking for someone who wouldnt mind it too much. We also wont be doing music every night, especially when baby is tiny. We love our home to stay clean at all times, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Privacy is a must! You may bring a guest, and can only stay 1-2 nights, with prior notice.
We have cameras inside and outside our home for our safety, please be mindful. No illegal drugs inside our home. You can smoke cannabis ONLY outside in backyard.
