• 1 year minimum sign on lease, rent per month afterwards
• 1 month notice to terminate, if before 1 year then early termination of lease must be paid in full
• first + last + $250 security due upon move-in
- includes heat and water (unless excessively used)
- does not include electric, wifi (excessive hot water usage, space heaters and window air conditioning units affect electric bill)
• 90% house access (no basement)
• common areas are decently furnished
• bedroom will be unfurnished; dimensions are 13’ 10.5” X 13’ 7” with 8.5’ ceiling
*bedroom has 2 GFCI protected (3 prong) outlets, 1 unprotected (2 prong) so a surge protector power strip is recommended if you have a lot of electronics*
• there is unfinished attic space available for storage (not temp controlled)
• in-house washer/dryer
we have 2 very sweet and nosy adult cats + 1 handsome guinea pig
• ample off-street parking in designated area
• 5 minute drive to purple line @ south weymouth station
• 15 minute drive to rt 3

YOU WILL BE SUBLETTING A ROOM IN A HOUSE IN WHICH I AM THE SOLE TENANT. A LEASE AGREEMENT IS TO BE SIGNED PRIOR TO MOVE-IN. A COPY WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU FOR YOUR OWN REFERENCE.
