Furnished private room available in a spacious home with an attached full bath on 2nd floor. Please note this bathroom can be accessed from the hallway so it is shared as needed only when we have the occasional overnight guest. The room comes with a full size bed with built in storage, a dresser, a tv with a fire stick, a decent size closet, a small couch, a night stand and a bookshelf. The room also has its own mini splitter so you would be able to heat/cool the room to your liking within the season. The home would be shared with a very laid back married lesbian couple who both work in education, our currently 7 month old charming baby boy and a very friendly cat:-). The home is accompanied by a front porch, a large back deck with a good size yard, a stone patio with a fire pit to enjoy on the nicer days. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. The home is also protected by an ADT Security System and receives a deep clean once a month. This would include the bathroom noted in this listing but not the bedroom. Lastly, we are about 2 miles from the South Weymouth Station Commuter Rail and Abington Station Commuter Rail and a mile away from a grocery store.

Parking in the driveway and onsite 2nd floor laundry are available. All utilities are included. The room can be available on 6/1

References from prior landlord, first months rent and a security deposit of $1,500 are required to move in. We are aware the SD is high, but this is not our first time renting and due to past experiences we intend to seek only a mature, professional and clean individual.
