Beautiful, Sunny room for rent in great location

Hello! My partner and I are looking to rent out a large room that is unused in our condo starting September 1st, 2026. We are in the heart of Weymouth, a very convenient location right by the highway and walking distance to many shops (Whole Foods, Walgreens, Starbucks, Petco, etc.). The total cost would be $1,000 monthly, and this would include rent, electric, Wi-Fi, and parking fee in the monthly rent. Both myself and my partner both work 40-50 plus hours a week, are gone during the day a lot but always home at night. We are business professionals. We have two very cuddly, loving, friendly cats so must be a pet lover (one will try to take over your bed, lol). Looking at roomies with reliability, respect, and cleanliness in shared spaces. We are requiring for our safety at least one reference, a recent paystub, and background check. Seeking (F) or non-binary only for comfortability reasons. We do require a landlord reference and a recent paystub after or during a tour. I myself am a musician and a creative, and we both enjoy comedy ,watching movies, and the little gifts in life like sunsets and nature. We are generally pretty laid back; hate drama and have no time for it. We kept the rent reduced because we are seeking 1-2 weekend days a month alone since we are a couple of 5 years.
