I currently rent a home on a 2 acre property, I don’t use the upstairs which is a finished room (It was formerly an attic).

Looking for one person who’s looking to rent a room, there are two bathrooms in the home, there’s not a bathroom upstairs.
The room is on the second floor.

Monthly fee includes access to kitchen, utilities, WiFi and bathrooms. As well as access to the yard.

I have a large dog, and I would like it to be more of a community situation, this is her home and so it would matter that you are OK with dogs and interacting with them.
