Beautiful, Sunny room for rent in great location

Hello! My partner and I are looking to rent out a large room that is unused in our condo starting September 1st. We are in the heart of Weymouth, a very convenient location right by the highway and walking distance to many shops ( Whole Foods, Walgreens, Starbucks, Petco, etc). The total cost would be $950 monthly and this would include rent, electric, wifi, and parking fee. Both myself and my partner both work 40-50 plus hours a week, are gone during the day alot but always home at night. We are business professionals and are looking for someone who is mature, clean, and respectful. We have two very cuddly, loving, friendly cats so must be a pet lover (one will try to take over your bed). We are looking for someone who is clean, has a regular stream of income, and some type of reference. I myself am a musician and a creative, and we both enjoy comedy and watching movies.
