Available to academic, professional, student, Internationals welcome. Room has large cedar closet, queen futon-bed, table, chair, credenza/bookshelf, wide-board pine floors, several windows, with light blocking shades. Will consider short-term stay (3 to 6 months) at $1,500/month.

Rent includes all utilities, Fios high-speed internet, off-street parking, bed linens, professional cleaning (bi-weekly), light kitchen use. First and last month's rent, no security deposit.

We have two dogs -- both Australian Shepherds: 30lbs and 50lbs.

8-minute walk to MBTA commuter rail, 3 min. walk to cafe, public library with conference rooms, restaurants, pizza, dry cleaner, 5-min. drive to Rte 95, 25-30 min. commute to Boston and Providence. Sharon has a beautiful lake; trails, Audubon, conservation land, great for cycling. Local restaurants/Cafes include Chinese, breakfast diner, Indian, Sushi, Thai, pizza/deli.
