Room for rent

We are a gay couple living in Quincy with our one cat. We own the entire building, which is a 2 family home. We live on the first floor and looking to rent out the other bedroom.

Apartment has kitchen, living room, and dining room. There is one shared bathroom and a laundry room in unit. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit. The kitchen opens up to a covered back deck and we have a relatively large backyard with another small patio. The house is a 5 minute walk to Quincy Adam’s MBTA station.

We like to garden, travel, and we work a lot. We do host parties with friends on occasion but usually reserved for the summer where it takes place outside.

We have had a friend staying with us for while waiting to move in with his partner. He’s moving out in October and we are looking to rent for a while longer. We do have a twin bed with new mattress we can put in the room, as well as a dresser. But it can also be vacant. We do not have space in the house for additional shared items like pots/pans, furniture, etc. It would simply be this 11x11 room with 3 windows and lots of natural light!
