Private room in sunny, spacious apartment!

Hello! My name is Maddie, I’m 30 years old, originally from Philly and currently working in Hingham. I’m looking for a female housemate to fill the second room in my Hough’s Neck apartment starting Sept. 1st (move in date is flexible)

This is a beautiful, sunny second floor apartment with a shared bathroom, office space, washer/dryer in unit (not coin operated!!), and a dishwasher. The available unfurnished bedroom is a great size and there’s a lot of storage space throughout the apartment. Spacious living room and kitchen and only a block away from the water!

There are currently no pets in the apartment but the previous tenant had cats (you might notice from the pictures!) and I’m totally open to having cats again if you have them!!

Rent is $1,500 a month, utilities (gas, electric, internet) come to ~$100 a month per person. Baseboard heating, oil tank gets filled around 1.5 times per winter so heating cost would end up ~$300-500 per person per year.

Location is perfect with easy access to Boston and downtown Quincy. Super quiet, residential neighborhood.
