GREAT LOCATION: Easy 6 minute walk to Quincy (Wollaston Station) Red Line train and to charming Wollaston Center with shops, restaurants, bars, gym, library, post office, etc. There are supermarkets and 24 -CVS near Wollaston Station. Beach is a mile away. Lots of bars and restaurants. Easy access to highway. It's also a very safe neighborhood with tree-lined streets and bird song in the morning.

THE ROOM: Has a full bed, a Flat Screen HD TV, a bureau, a desk, desk chair, a night stand, and an oversized windows with a view of a beautiful tree planted by President John Quincy Adams. Room gets lots of sunshine, has a nice view, and hardwood floors. You can see the sun set from your window also.

THE HOUSE: Historic Victorian house located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just steps from all of the action. The house is large, quiet, and has 3 floors. The first floor is all common area with 2 living rooms, fully applianced and eat-in kitchen, formal foyer, dining room, and an outdoor covered deck. There are 2 full bathrooms and hard-wood floors and lots of natural light. Free parking on-street. Laundry is free and is NOT coin operated.

ROOMMATES: Busy professionals who work and have their own lives and are friendly, considerate, and welcoming. The environment is very low key, respectful, stable, drama-free, and quiet and would prefer a roommate to be the same.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood is a hidden gem in the thriving city of Quincy. Built on the former estate of President John Adams. Tree lined streets with historic Victorians and Colonials and tree lined streets with morning bird-song and close proximity to everything, the 4th best street to live on, according to Boston Magazine!
