Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take my room in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment in North Quincy starting November 1st with the lease ending August 2027. The rent is $950 plus utilities (around $50-75/month depending on the season). You would be living with two other roommates in their mid twenties, one male who works in finance and one female who is a nurse. You would also be living with a sweet, well-behaved small/medium dog. We’re ideally looking for a female in their 20s who is clean and easygoing.

The apartment is a short walk from Wollaston Beach and is close to lots of amenities, including the North Quincy T station and Target (15 minute walk/8 minute bus ride) and Stop and Shop (25 minute walk/15 minute bus ride). Some other great features include a free parking spot, free laundry in the basement, lots of natural light, and a private balcony!
