• 10x11 bedroom with two windows, a decent-sized closet, 32” Roku TV, and a double bed
• Optional mini-fridge and microwave in your room (if that’s your preference, dresser fits in the closet)
• Free EV charging when I’m not home

• 1.5 baths
• Non-smoking home
• Living room with fireplace
• Dining room with window seat

• Back deck with grill
• Fully fenced yard with access via dog door (pets considered with references)
• Guest room with full bed (for visitors only)
• The house is fully furnished, and there is no room for storage or more furniture

• Less than a block to the beach
• Short walk to North Quincy Red Line Station
• Near restaurants and shopping

First and last month's rent are required to move in, and I ask for two months' notice when you move. Preference is for two+ month rental, but open to shorter-term.

The home is shared with me, a super active just-retired woman.
