Looking for a roommate ( female only)

There is laundry and dryer in the basement, parking spot available. The house has 2 floors and on the 2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. You will have your own closet in your room.
The first floor is kitchen whit cabinets, and plenty of storage space in the basement huge living room shared. The neighborhood is quiet and 10 minutes walk to the ocean. Close to North Quincy center T station, about 8-10 minutes walk. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and amenities in the area. We also have policy no guest overnight.

The price is 850$ .The move in requires 1st ,last and Security deposit rent (2550$)
The rent does not include utilities.

We are 2 girls looking for a girl roommate . Very respectful quiet and clean. The ideal candidate must be clean and willing to participate in regular cleaning of the apartment as well as pay rent and bills on time. The rent and bill are shared. Bills include gas, electric, and internet.
