Room in Spacious Quincy Apartment

I'm moving out of Boston and I'm looking for somebody to fill my space in this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Quincy.

The photos in the listing are from when I moved in. The furniture in the room will be all gone when I move, but the stuff in the common area will stay however.

The building comes with a rooftop amenity, small gym, and a free parking spot in the garage.

The apartment itself is pretty spacious in the common areas and the rooms are on opposite sides of the unit so there's good space for respective privacy.

The building is a 10 minute walk from the North Quincy Red Line station so getting into the city isn't much of hassle. The area is really calm, Marina Bay is in walking distance and Stop&Shop, Target and lots of restaurants are either in walking distance or a short drive.

My roommate who's staying works in tech and is pretty chill and quiet and keeps to himself. He also lives here with his wife but she is also very nice and the living dynamic isn't uncomfortable in anyway.

Overall, it's honestly a pretty ideal living situation for anyone looking for affordable but nice living. If you're interested send me a message and I can either connect you with the my roommate or the landlord.
