Who We Are:
4 friendly, chill, and inclusive housemates (ages 19–23) looking for a 5th roommate in a similar life stage (ages 18–26). We are an open, welcoming mix of LGBTQ+ housemates and allies. We work and study hard, and value a respectful, peaceful home environment.

The House & Ground Rules:
• Fully furnished home; backyard access; street parking only (no extra personal furniture/storage).
• Strictly 100% Smoke-Free and Vape-Free on the entire property (indoors and outdoors).
• No pets.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM sharp.
• Bathrooms: Upstairs full bath shared with only 2 housemates + 1st-floor half-bath for all.
• Clean-as-you-go kitchen policy + mandatory weekly rotating cleaning chore.

Financial Requirements:
• Monthly Rent: $1,000/month. Water paid by landlord; gas, electric, and Wi-Fi split equally 5 ways.
• Move-In Requirements: First month ($1,000), last month ($1,000), and security deposit ($1,000) due prior to key handover ($3,000 total).
• Lease Term: Fixed-term lease through August 31, 2027.
• Available: Starting September 9th onwards (single occupancy only).
• Income: Proof of $3,000/month gross income (3x rent) or student funding/co-signer.
• Background and credit check required.
