You’ll be sharing the apartment with a quiet, 30-year-old sports journalist who enjoys a relaxed, peaceful home environment.

This is a two-person household, offering plenty of personal space and a comfortable balance of privacy and shared living.

We’re looking for a quiet, considerate, and responsible professional who appreciates a peaceful, comfortable home and a relaxed, low-key lifestyle.

If you’re independent, considerate about keeping shared spaces tidy, and comfortable with a friendly but relatively private household, this is ideal. There’s room for conversation, catching a game, or occasionally having a few friends over, but this isn’t a party-oriented home or one with a constant flow of visitors.

Occasional overnight guests are welcome, but frequent overnight stays are not a good fit for this household.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who values mutual respect, communicates openly and considerately, and understands that comfortable shared living means respecting each other’s space, routines, and need for quiet.

It’s a home where both people can comfortably be themselves, enjoy their independence, and feel equally at home.
