A local private property located in Canton MA, is in search of two roommates. Whether you’re alone, or have a friend, we welcome you to take a look at our beautiful home.

The two bedrooms are available January 1st, 2027. We are a newly wed couple who just purchased our first home a year ago. We are looking for two individuals to share our home with.

•Each bedroom is being rented for 1,600 a month, all utilities included!. With deposits of first, last and security deposit.

•Just 5-10 minute drive from Curry College, and access to route 95 in a matter of minutes.

•In House Laundry we can all share

•Private Parking Spot included

•Shared Kitchen- You are welcome to use all our pots, pans, forks, etc.

• Separate Fridge for both (two) tenants to share!

• A separate living room area for you and for whatever guests you might have.

•Never have to wait for restroom, because you’ll have one and 1/2 bath available just for you at all times

•Outdoor Grill you can use all year round

•You are welcome to utilize our land out back for any social gatherings.
