About the household
There are currently two roommates, both working full-time — one remotely and one hybrid.
We're friendly, outgoing, and easygoing. We enjoy cooking, watching TV/movies, chatting, and occasionally hanging out, but we also value having our own space. We're looking for someone we can vibe and be friendly with as well as respectful, communicative, responsible, and comfortable sharing household responsibilities.

A few things to know
* Shared bathroom
* No laundry in the building; we have a small apartment size washer and dryer and there's also a laundromat about one block away on Beacon Street
* No overnight parking at the building, so anyone with a car would need to arrange parking separately

Move-in costs are first month + last month + security deposit ($3,150 total).
