Current roommates are 40 and 42, met when we worked together and have gotten on well since, plus a 3rd moving in sept 1. We’re not big drinkers or partiers. We're looking for someone who enjoys communal living, cleans up and contributes to the livability of the apartment, and is okay with the one adorable, indoor cat. The 1 smoker is a very rare smoker and only smokes out on the deck.
