Location: 15 minute walk to the D, C or B lines of the T Green Line. Bus stops for #51, #86 are steps from our front door. Quick commute to Boston, the Longwood Medical Area, BC, BU, and route 9.

The apartment has hardwood floors, new windows, new tiling, stainless steel appliances, a back porch, W/D in unit, and price includes off street parking space.

Rent is $875/month/room plus~$150/month for utility's. Our Landlord requires first + security to move in ($1750)

Our Apartment is non-smoking. No alcohol or drugs in the apartment. We don't judge if you drink or party, but we ask you don’t do it in our home.
