Unrenovated apartment with a deck, big kitchen, pantry, spare office, claw foot tub...right in the heart of Washington Square. Close to the c-line, several grocery stores, great nail salon, and several bars/cafes.

Current roommates are 2 long term residents and 1 who will be moving in this September 1st. We're looking for someone who ideally is looking to stay more than a year, enjoys communal living, participates in the general cleaning and upkeep of the shared spaces, and is good with the friendly and adorable indoor cat.

Smoker only smokes outside and very rarely. We aren’t partiers or big drinkers.
Laundry is coin-op in the basement and there is space for bike parking. We are looking to fill the room asap!
