Looking for a female roommate to join our lease!

Hello! My friend and I are looking for another person to join our 9/1 lease. We are both nursing students entering our junior year at Simmons University. We are looking for a friendly and respectful roommate to live with us, preferably around our age (early 20s).

You would have a private room, half-bathroom, and walk-in closet for $1,600/month without utilities. We would all share an additional full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There is access to laundry in the building and the utility bill would be split equally three ways.
