I have lived in this 3B2B apartment for two years, and have loved it! But my two housemates are leaving the city, so I'm looking for two new people to replace them!

The apartment has on-site (off-street) parking, free laundry in the basement, two spacious common areas, and a back porch! The apartment is also only a 5 minute walk from the Harvard Avenue T stop, which makes it a great spot for both professional (like myself) and students! The landlord is a very relaxed, hands-off guy, that I've gotten to know pretty well over the years. He had the larger of the two bathrooms remodeled fully last year, and is great about getting repairs/updates to the place handled quickly.

I'm looking for people that are LGBTQ+, but that is much less important to me than my new housemates being tidy and respectful! I've been very happy for the two years I've lived here, and genuinely love the apartment. So I'm sure that you will too!
