Hi! I’m a postdoctoral researcher at HMS/BCH looking for two new roommates to share a spacious apartment in Brookline.
Two large rooms are available:
Room 1: $1,700/month
Room 2: $1,550/month
The apartment has one shared bathroom, a huge updated kitchen, a large living room, a private porch, and plenty of storage space throughout. The rooms are spacious, bright, and have large windows with great natural light.
The kitchen includes modern appliances, lots of cabinet space, and room for dining. Appliances include: range, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. There are also lots of cabinets and additional storage areas.
Heat and hot water are included. Electricity is not included.
Move-in costs are first month, last month, and one month security deposit.
The apartment is perfectly located near the Green Line, shops, restaurants, parks, and everything Brookline has to offer.
I’m looking for roommates who are clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible. This would be ideal for postdocs, graduate students, medical professionals, researchers, or working professionals who want a calm and comfortable home environment.
Shared spaces must be kept clean and organized.
