A little about the apartment/room:
The location and the apartment are amazing and are practically a steal at this price. Come and see for yourself.
The room & apartment come fully furnished with a Bed, TV, Sidetable etc. There is street parking available (permit available fr MA-registered cars).
The kitchen is small, and I like to keep it clean. No food restrictions. shared laundry in the basement -- always available, no wait time.
T station (all three green lines accessible): nearest one: Englewood Ave- C Line, right outside the apartment)
Rent is 1500$ (includes everything). We have central heating + AC in every room.
Availability: Asap - Aug 31st 2026.
A little about me:
I am in my mid-20s. I have a remote consulting job. I recently moved to Boston, but I can help you navigate its beautiful parts. I am a fun guy who values personal space but will surely ask you to go out with me every weekend and have fun exploring Boston.
I can cook and am open to cooking any cuisine together (I don't like fish too much).
Pets are allowed in the apartment -- low monthly pet fee.
