It has washer and dryer in the basement, a 10 minute walk to the nearest green line, and has a small backyard. The rent is $1,450 plus utilities. Looking for a 5/1 move in date.
A little about us: I am a grad student studying to be a dietitian. My girlfriend is an elementary school teacher and grad student. We love being outdoors and having friends over occasionally. We are both clean and organized and very lowkey. We have a small dog who is very lovable and friendly.
