Large room for rent in Braintree area

Large room in third-floor Braintree apartment. $1000 a month, including utilities. We go half and half on the internet. Storage space including small closet. Bathroom with stand-up shower. Large kitchen with lots of counter space, sink, and dishwasher, and a roommate who likes to cook (me). Shared W/D. Off-street parking on a street that gets plowed almost immediately after snow storms. The landlord also shovels the driveway when it snows. Close to restaurants and lots of salons, CVS, etc. Close to public transportation, the bus stops right out front and drops off at Quincy Center, South Shore Plaza, and the Braintree stop on the Red Line. First and security totaling to $2000 is required upon signing of the lease. Whomever takes this room will be required to sign the new lease with me for 12 months and undergo a background check and a credit check. Preference will go to you if you own a car. Cats and small dogs (20 lbs or under) are welcome!

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on the premises.
This is a female and genderqueer only apartment. I will not be accepting applications from men.

I am a 20 y/o female who works full-time nearby. I work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. I like to read, watch historical dramas, and I play the piano (I use headphones). I also like to cook. I make a mean lasagna:)
