The Bedroom is large with bay windows and a great view. Large closet, located on the second floor with a full bath with 2 sinks. Conveniently, the washer and dryer are on the same level.

My house is designed for comfort with ample space for hanging out together or separately. Great kitchen and open space. The patio is equipped with a grill, firepit and pergola for shade.

I am a single empty-nester, looking to share my home with someone similar to me. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful. I like to keep the house neat. I enjoy a relaxed lifestyle, but I keep active, healthy and fit. I don't mind occasional company, but no regulars.

I work at home most of the time but occasionally go to my office. I would prefer a housemate that works outside of the house regularly. Though I don't have pets, I may consider a small dog or cat on a case-by-case basis.

The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. It is part of a condo association and has some rules regarding noise, where cars are parked and dogs being on a leash. My housemate would need to follow these rules to avoid any fines.

The location is great for commuting via highway or train, recreation, shopping, walking trails.
