Description:
2 rooms are available in a 5-bedroom home.

There will be 5 roommates total (one person per bedroom). The current roommates are all full-time working professionals. Single occupancy only.

We have two bathrooms split over two floors of living space. The downstairs bedroom has a shared bathroom w/ only one other person. It's $985 per month. The upstairs bedroom shares a bathroom w/ the two upstairs rooms, and that one is $945 per month.

The monthly price includes a weekly bathroom cleaning and biweekly kitchen and living room cleaning by a professional company. It also includes free laundry.

Utilities are an additional cost, and are split between the five roommates. The average cost is about $85 per month per person (winter heating costs can be up to $145, and spring/fall months can be as low as $30)

Shared driveway parking (one car behind the other) is available for a small additional cost; street parking is also included and is free
