Hi! I’m looking for a roommate in Woburn 😊

I have a private room available in a clean, cozy apartment in a great location. The apartment is close to I-93 and I-95, so it’s very convenient for commuting.

There is plenty of space, so the apartment doesn’t feel crowded. There is also a washer in the unit for your convenience.

Rent is $1117 + $700 deposit. In the future, it will be around $1300 with utilities included. The lease is until September, with an option to renew after that.

You’ll be living with 2 other roommates (3 people total). We keep the place clean, quiet, and respectful. The bathroom is shared.

I’m looking for someone who is easygoing, responsible, and respectful of shared space.
