Hi everyone! I’m relocating to Florida for work and am looking for someone to take over my room in my Somerville apartment starting December 1 or sooner.

Rent: $1,250/month
Move-in: December 1, 2026
Location: Somerville, MA Winter Hill area
Apartment: 2 bed / 1 bath, 3rd-floor walk-up

My current lease would end Septemeber 1, 2027 with option to renew. Our landlord is super responsive always responds quickly.

• Public Street parking with Somerville Pass
• Water included
• Electric is typically around $50–$120 per person, depending on the season
• Internet is $20 per person
• About a 12-minute walk to 3 green line stops (Gilman Square, Ball Square, Magoun Square)
• Assembly Row is a 5 minute drive.
• Tons of restaurants, cafes, and grocery options nearby.

Looking for someone who is:

• No smoking in the apartment
