Looking for 2 more roommates for a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom shared apartment in Somerville, MA.

Parking options are street parking, or there is a parking space available for rent at $125 a month.
The apartment is located right next to a bus station and about a 10 minute walk to Gilman Square/ Green line

A little about the current tenants:
Both I (M21) and the other tenant, Peter (M22), will be attending North Bennet Street School and will likely be spending most of our time there. We both enjoy hanging out with friends and a variety of sports. We don't hate cats, but we definitely lean more towards being dog people.

What we are looking for:
Roommates who value keeping a friendly community and keeping things clean.

There is an in-unit washer and dryer.
All other utilities will be split between the roommates.
There is a 3D tour of the apartment available through the Landlord
