D room ($1,150): 14’0“ x 10’6“, which can easily fit a queen-size bed and a desk! The largest room in the apartment with ample sunlight. The room has a built-in closet and hardwood floors.

The property: Top floor of the apartment with a nice balcony, perfect for unwinding after a long day. There is one shared bathroom for the apartment. Laundry in the basement so no need to haul clothes outside in the winter. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the 89 and 101 bus lines, and a 15-minute walk to the Green Line (Gilman Square!). There is street parking (with a permit) or off-street parking for an additional fee each month. We are in Winter Hill, with less than a 15-minute walk to Magoun Square.

Who we are looking for: Someone (or two people) in their 20s who is respectful of common areas. We would love to be friends, but that is not a requirement.

What to expect living with us: A shoes-off household with a somewhat social and always warm atmosphere. The common areas are generally well kept but not strictly maintained (we are open to a rotating cleaning schedule!). We both do not smoke, but sometimes drink socially on weekends. We both work 9-5s and are off on weekends. We would love to get to know you but also understand and value personal space after a long day to unwind.
