Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to move into a spacious 2br/1ba Winter Hill apartment on 9/1! My wonderful roommate of seven years plans to be out on 8/31. Rent portion will be $1400 + utilities (depends on season but around ~$125 each).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a triple decker house
Responsive management/landlord
Shared washer/dryer in the basement
Big and bright kitchen with a dishwasher, has stairs leading to the basement
Small bathroom with a claw foot tub
Large living room has a shared closet
Hardwood floors throughout
Decent street parking
5min walk to the Green Line/Gilman Sq, less than 10min walk to 88, 90, 80, 89, 101 bus routes, 3min walk to the Community/bike Path
Pets are OK! 🐾 Currently no pets in the apartment

Queen-size bedroom with nice closet

Bedroom is unfurnished. Only downside of the apartment is that it can get very warm in the summertime and chilly in the wintertime.

About me: 39yo female, single, full-time assistant (hybrid WFH schedule), been living here for a long time! Homebody who loves yoga, thrifting, Trader Joe's, podcasts, and Broadway/plays. I'm just starting to have fun with astrology and plants. Not super messy but not super clean. I usually keep to myself but love chatting and sharing treats from local shops.

About you: female in their late 30s+, able to sign a one year lease.
