I’m looking for a low‑key roommate to share a spacious 2‑bedroom apartment in Winter Hill (originally a 3‑bedroom). Your room is basically a studio apartment.

• Bonus “middle” room with closet — good for a desk or extra storage

• Second floor
• In‑unit washer and dryer
• Dishwasher
• Central air
• Ceiling fans
• Separate dining room (the setup now is that’d be your office, but we can figure it out)
• Hardwood floors, good light
• Living room (that I partially use as my office)
• Front porch shared with the building; mostly-private back porch
• Residential street in Winter Hill, that’s shockingly quiet for how close it is to Broadway
• 1‑minute walk to the bus to Orange and Red Line
• 10‑minute walk to the Green Line (Gilman Square on the Tufts E-line)
• 30-minute walk to Davis, 45 minutes to Harvard and Porter
• I have two older cats: Wiggles (“sleepy and regal”) and Airplane Joe (“chatty and dumb”)

Graphic designer and writer, works from home, (quiet) early riser, respectful and communicative. I do my own thing but not in that awkward, unfriendly way. I’m told I’m very easy to live with!
