I have a private bedroom and office space available in March in my east Somerville apartment! The current lease ends July 31st, with potential to renew!

Rent: $2500 a month, utilities roughly $150 each. The rent total is 4k, looking for someone to pay a little extra for the office. I can be flexible if needed

About the bedroom & office: the bedroom is spacious (queen bed pictured, could totally have a king) with a gorgeous en suite bathroom (look at that shower) and a large walk in closet! This bedroom is really quiet and private. The office is also spacious and perfect for someone who works from home! I don’t have use for this space, so this would be totally your own!

About the apartment: 2bd, 2.5 bathroom located in east Somerville! It’s a 7 minute walk away from the Gilman stop on the green line, and about a mile away from assembly row! Super easy to get in and out of the city! There’s an in unit washer and dryer and a storage room in the basement. There’s also back patio and small deck. Street parking is insanely easily- just need the Somerville parking pass!

About me: you’d be sharing the apartment with me, a 28yo who works full time in person in Somerville! I’m hoping to find someone who is respectful of the space, but also would love to be friends with the person I live with! I’m pretty relaxed, I love to cook, go to workout classes, hangout with friends, go out to dinner, really anything!
