We just bought a house! So we're moving out of our gorgeous apartment on Raymond Ave, between Tufts and Teele Square, on May 1st.

First-floor unit with huge kitchen, large living room and 2 bedrooms, tons of storage (five big closets + giant pantry + back hall storage + basement), and included one-car garage. Great neighborhood, easily walkable to Medford/Tufts green line station or Davis red line. Beautiful unit, lots of light; dishwasher, gas stove, laundry in basement. Cat allowed.

Apartment is on a 9/1 lease cycle, sublet would be until then, after which it should be available to rent directly from our landlord, who has been really great to work with + responsive. We've loved it here and you will too!
