I have 2 spaces available in a charming 3 bedroom apartment in West Newton for a 12 month lease that starts June 1st, 2026. Walking distance from Moody St. and 20 minutes outside of Boston, this location is great for exploring while also being located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is access to the commuter rail within five minutes, as well as plenty of great food and nature opportunities within walking distance! The apartment is near several major highways, including routes 95, 90, and 30.

I’m in my 20s and work full time; I’m looking for someone who is clean and has a quieter day to day lifestyle, but am very accommodating about having guests over. The first space includes a bedroom with 2 closets and 2 windows. The second space is a bedroom with 2 windows and a large closet. Free washer & dryer (+ storage) are available in the shared basement, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and large fridge. The apartment also includes a dining room, living room, shared office, and one shared bathroom. One driveway spot is available, but parking is free and almost always available infront of our house.

The landlord is extremely kind and accommodating, and the tenants downstairs are quiet but friendly.

The space is available as of 6/1; rent is $1035 per month. We pay for electricity, wifi, and oil; oil is $65/month, wifi is $25/month, and electricity is anywhere from $40-$70 per month depending on the time of year. You are responsible for providing first and last month’s rent upon signing the lease.
