420 friendly. Plenty of street parking (no permit required) with free parking in school parking lot on street during snowstorms.

We are very easy going, like to keep the common area clean, and always keep the vibes high. We have room to add furniture in common area if desired.

We are one girl (Samantha) and one boy (Jorge) who have lived here together for a few years now. We’re looking to add a third person and are excited to meet you!
