The condo has been redone and your room has lots of sun. All utilities are included with broadband and you would be able to control your own heat and air conditioning with a heat pump in your room. There is a washer dryer in the unit. You also have access to the backyard. There is some additional storage space. Absolutely no smoking or vaping.

You have off street parking. At the top of the street there is a bus line that connects to Harvard Square and just down the street in Watertown Square is an express bus to downtown Boston.
