We are two males (30s) looking for a third roommate in Watertown. Our apartment is on the third floor of a three-family home. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, large living room and an outside porch. Off-street parking available. We are located on a quiet street near the MBTA, parks, restaurants, shopping and historical points of interest. We are very quiet people who keep to ourselves. We seek someone who is also quiet and low-key. We have a cat who is friendly. We both work at the local movie theater and have been living happily at this location for 9 and 6 years respectively.
