Lovely, sunny, quiet second floor room at great location is awaiting a new roommate! A clean and considerate professional female is preferred.

The room is at the back of a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with high ceilings on a quiet cul de sac street in East Watertown, close to the Cambridge border. The room is freshly renovated, unfurnished, has two windows, garden view, hardwood floor and a built-in wardrobe. A separate private tiled bathroom with shower and extra wardrobe is included. The bedroom and bathroom have their own heating controls. A door separates the back side from the rest of the condo for increased privacy on both sides.

The open space kitchen and dining area, as well as back porch and front porch will be shared with myself, a professional landlady. We will share the use of the washer and dryer inside the unit, and will divide the internet, gas and electricity bill (50% each). Water and waste removal are included. There is no lounge. The ground floor porch and a small back and front garden is shared with the other 3 units of the building. There is plenty of storage room in the unit's basement. The building staircases and stairways were recently renovated.

Easy access to buses 71 and 73, reaching Harvard Square in 10 minutes. A bike path is around the corner. Street parking only, Watertown winter restrictions apply. The new Watertown Exploratory Labs, a Star Market, many restaurants, and the Fresh Pond are a few minutes walk. The Arsenal Yards and Mt Auburn Hospital are 1 mile away, Harvard Square is 2 miles away.

A flexible month-to-month lease is offered, for 3 months minimum stay. No smoking, no drugs and no animals are allowed.
