Room available June 1 or July 1. This is a really nice place, located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Ideal for a quiet, considerate female roommate. The bedroom is medium-sized with a large walk-in closet. The overall layout of the apartment is spacious with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, front and back porch and yard. There is also a large basement with laundry and storage. The landlord takes great care of the property including the snow-plowing in winter and landscaping in the summer as well as timely repairs.

The neighborhood is also really nice, close to stores, cafes, restaurants, running track and the Charles river. It's a 5 minute drive to the pike and a short walk to the Harvard Square bus and express buses to downtown Boston.

Utilities are reasonable, approximately $110 a month on average, higher in winter and lower in summer. The common areas are fully furnished however the bedroom is not so there's room to bring your own bedroom furniture. Alternatively I have some extra bedroom furniture that you can use if you'd like.

Female roommate only, must be a non-smoker and drug-free. Looking for someone who is respectful and considerate. Although it's an independent living situation, someone who is friendly and enjoys a fun and interesting conversation every now and again would be ideal.
