Looking for one (and only one) housemate with no pets to occupy a bedroom in a 3-bed, 1-bath flat on South St, Waltham starting ASAP. The two other housemates are young male professionals. You'd replace our third housemate, who moved away for a new job. This is a sublet; the 1-year lease ends July 31, 2026.

Room rent: $950 for the first month, then $1050/month
Utilities: About $100/month per person

Location:
- South St, near Brandeis and Bentley campuses and on the Brandeis shuttle route
- Walkable to Hannaford grocery store, Chipotle, Panera, Walgreens, CVS, and Main Street
