"Closet" and door to outside.

Please note when I said no smoking, it means no smoking of anything, inside or outside. There are insurance issues, health issues and I'm really not going to budge on the smoking thing, which appears to be problematic with the searches, so I want to make it very clear, please and thank you!

Basement room, 20' x 30' with own entrance into a fenced in yard suitable for most dogs. Furnished with bed, desk, kettle, mini fridge and a rack system. No smoking allowed on the property.

Shared kitchen and bathroom on upper level. Kitchen items are permanent and can be used. Utilities (heat, hot water, electric and wifi are included but cleaning and supplies are shared). There is no cable but there are hookups if you feel the need to have cable TV in your name.

Off street parking and some storage space available. Motorcycles welcome. Single occupancy only. Current renter is a 50 year old lesbian woman with a 70 pound older dog.

Vaccinations are a must, for housemate as well as any pets, and a greeting with dogs is necessary before any agreements are made to ensure there aren't any fights. I'd like to know what you expect and what you are looking for in an ideal living situation so we can figure out if we'd be happy being housemates.
