They're looking for a (preferably also queer) roommate who wants home to be a calm and inviting place, and who is responsible, community-minded, and communicative. They take reasonable health precautions when someone is actively sick, like masking in shared space and keeping to ourselves. No smoking/vaping, and no couples please.
