Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a roommate to share a home (3BR/1BA) in Winter Hill (Somerville), available October 1st. You'd have a private room on the third floor of a quiet, clean home full of character. Rent is $1,250/month plus utilities. First and last month's rent required, security deposit waived. A one-year lease is preferred, though month-to-month may be considered for the right fit. Unit and building features include shared washer and dryer, a 15-minute walk to Gilman Square Green Line, and a 20-minute walk to Assembly Orange Line. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who appreciates a comfortable, easygoing home.
