Hello,

We are looking for a roommate for one room in our 2nd floor 3-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment for September 1st. The apartment is close to Union Square located squarely between Lincoln and Perry Parks. We have a full kitchen with a dishwasher as well as in unit washer and dryer. Off street parking available for extra cost.

The location is ideal. Short walk to Union Square Green Line Station. Right on 109 bus route and a short walk to 85,87, and 91 buses. Less than 10 minutes to Market Basket and Whole Foods. Short walk/ bike ride to Harvard Square

The rent is $1200/ month/ person. First month, Last month and Security deposit required at move in.
