Shared Areas: Full access to a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

House Dynamics & Rules
The apartment is owner-occupied. Currently, it’s just me, but the long-term plan is to have a total of 4 people in the household. This is a great opportunity to get in early and help establish a friendly, respectful, and quiet living environment.

To keep the home environment comfortable and predictable for everyone as the household grows, we follow a few standard guidelines:

Guests: We keep a quiet, low-key home. No overnight guests unless cleared/run by me in advance so everyone is on the same page.

Smoking/Pets: No smoking/vaping inside. No drugs. No pets.

Cleanliness: Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves in the kitchen and common areas immediately after use.

Parking
Street parking on our immediate block is very limited.
However, the adjacent street right next to us has ample parking space available (resident permit required).
